Foundation of Revival in You

Read Scripture

The Word of God is foundation of all we know and do for the Kingdom.

Meditate in Scripture

Make it personal. Own the scripture in your spirit!

Own it

Say it aggressively! Say it to your loved ones. Say it in the mirror.

Do It

Do what the word says day to day with those you encounter.

What Is Revival?

Definition of Revival

an instance of something becoming popular, active, or important again.

In the case of the Kingdom of God, this is Revival “becoming popular, active, and important” to you again! You are so important to God and the Kingdom, Revival will carry you forward.

Who Is Revival For?

Revival is for each and every one of God’s creation. Revival is for the saved, as God and His Kingdom become alive inside of them again and they reach out to the world. Revival is for the unsaved, in that the miraculous power of God working through the Body of Christ can reach them in the darkest places they find themselves.

How Does Revival Begin?

How does Revival ignite inside of your church, your community, your family, or yourself? In the 40 years Terry and Donna have served the Kingdom together, they have found the following is the most common steps to revival launching in the earth.

1. REALIZE

We must ask the question, “Is the need for revival present in our lives and churches right now?” Observe the stagnant church in a sinful society. Examine the growth of cults and false religions in our day. Survey the acceptance of mediocrity among people. Look at the apathy among our church members even in the face  of fact that the population in recent years has grown, but our baptism rate is essentially the same as it was 30 years ago. Yes! The need for revival is present right now.

2. PRIORITIZE
Prioritize the time by clearing the church calendar of all activities which might conflict or compete with the revival effort. Check your revival calendar against the local school calendar, holiday calendar, your denominational calendar and other calendars that could sabotage your revival effort.
3. ORGANIZE
God is not a God of disorder! Just as he organized the universe, we must organize ministry. Some people who speak despairingly of organization do not understand that God has organized all he has ever done. The universe is organized. The Bible states that summer, winter, spring and fall will continue till the end of time; the seasons are organized.
4. PUBLICIZE
The revival effort must be effectively publicized to the church membership and the community. Members in the church should be discussing revival well in advance. It is not too early to mention the revival 3 months prior to the meeting. The intensity of publicity within the church should be escalated as each week passes.
5. EVANGELIZE
Some people point out that revivals are really for God’s people. This is true; however, when a church is revived, that church will be evangelistic! Often during revival events, evangelism is reinvigorated among God’s people.

Quotes from Terry’s Ministry

If we attend to spiritual things God will attend to physical things.

Because I have received eternal life I have in my possession today the resurrection power or ability of God.

If my spirit can conceive it my mind will believe it.
